Patient Advocate- Float Pool
Under the direct supervision of the department's Clinic Coordinator, the Patient Advocate shall greet patients and administer exceptional customer service while serving as a liaison between patients and clinical staff. The Patient Advocate shall actively participate in creating a pleasant and successful patient visit as well as smooth daily operations. Relief Pool Staff must have the flexibility to perform in a variety of settings, to include primary care and specialty offices. Travel among satellite clinics is required.

Provides ultrasound diagnostic test for cardiac patients.
Medical Assistant or LPN - Administration - Float Pool
Provides professional nursing care under the supervision of physicians, administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards. LPN or CMA designation required. Relief pool staff must have the flexibility to perform in a variety of settings to include primary care and specialty offices. Travel among satellite clinics is required.
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics - All Locations
Assess patient health status including state of wellness, compliance with care plan and determines appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Provides acute and chronic patient care including taking histories, doing physcials, monitoring therapies, giving injections and medications, suturing wounds. Triage patient calls and evaluate patient problems.
Medical Assistant or LPN - Dr. Johnson - Pediatrics - Jack Johnson Campus
Under the supervision of the Clinic Coordinator, is responsible for general nursing care to patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards, aids physician during treatment, examination and testing of patients. Observes, records and reports patients condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians. Administers prescribed medications as directed. Oversees appointments scheduled and ensures preferences are given to patients in emergency situations. Maintains timely flow of patients. Greets patients and prepares them for physician examination. Screens patients for appropriate information. Instruct patients in collection of samples and tests. Arranges for patient testing and admissions. Must be willing to learn new tasks as assigned and be a team player.
